We’ve prepared a summary of information about the current admissions for all high school applicants. It contains all important dates and news, advice on how to prepare for the admission procedure or information about possible adjustments to it.
Applications are to be submitted between February 1 and 20, 2025, as usual via the electronic system at DiPSy.
New dates for study programmes with talent exams
- in the year 2024/2025, applications to fields of study with a talent exam are to be submitted from February 1 to 20, 2025 (identical period for all fields of study)
- the talent exams will be held between March 15 and April 23, 2025

Possible adjustments to admission procedure
Applicants covered by temporary protection may::
- sit the unified entrance examination in mathematics in the Ukrainian language or be automatically granted additional time (25%) and a bilingual dictionary
- be excused from sitting the unified entrance examination in the Czech language, replacing it by an interview or be automatically granted additional time (25%)
- sit the school part of the entrance examination in Ukrainian or be automatically granted additional time (25%) and a bilingual dictionary
- Request form for applicants covered by temporary protection
Other applicants who have completed their compulsory education abroad may:
- be excused from sitting the unified entrance examination in the Czech language, replacing it by an interview
- Request form for applicants with compulsory education completed abroad
Other applicants with language disadvantage may:
- be eligible for further adjustments to admission procedure based on a recommendation procured from a pedagogical-psychological counselling center (additional time, bilingual dictionary, etc.)
